One fee per session regardless of recipient count. Batched 20 wallets per transaction; network fees scale with batch count.
Network fees (~0.0025 SOL per transaction) are paid to Solana validators, not TOKYN. Devnet deployments are free — no platform fee. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction confirms on-chain; failed transactions never charge the platform fee because the fee is an instruction inside the same transaction.
